The event was given by Prof. Abdel Azim Mustafa, Dean of Faculty of Agriculture, Fayoum University. The seminar shed light on a number of issues, including: -Role of planning in free economics and the role of NGOs in development. -Progress achieved in the regional planning. -Implementation of developmental projects in governorates. -Expansion in building urban communities in deserts.
