The attendees discussed the institutional capacity, the first criterion of the evaluation criteria. This criterion was tackled by Prof. Kamal Hassan Ghalab, Prof. Ahmed Abdel Moniem Al Shaiwy, Prof. Gamal Eldin Aboul-Fotouh, and Prof. Abdel Azim Mohammad Mostafa.
