The thesis examination committee consisted of Prof. Saad Ahmed Saad, professor emeritus of food industries, Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University; Dr. Awad Abdel Tawab Mahmoud, assistant professor of food industries, Faculty of Agriculture, Fayoum University; Dr. Mohamed Saleh Abdel Bary, assistant professor emeritus of food industries , Faculty of Agriculture, Fayoum University; and Dr. Khaled Abdel Hamid Selim, assistant professor of Food Industries, Faculty of agriculture, Fayoum University.
