The event was Prof. Abdel Hamid Abdel Tawab Sabry, President of Fayoum University, Prof. Farid Awad Hedar, Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development, Prof. Khaled Hamza, Vice President for Education and Students' Affairs, Prof. Ahmed Gaber Shedid, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Helmy Abdo Ghoneimy, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Sayed Abdel Tawab Sabry, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environment Development, Dr. Walid Al Shaimy, Director of Alumni Affairs Center, and Prof. Atef Ahmed Abdel Gayed, Director of Alumni Affairs Unit and Fair Coordinator. Also, a number of employers including Eng. Samir Fahmy, Chairperson of Samtrade Company, businessmen, NGOs, private sector companies, faculty members and agriculture students and alumni were present.
