 Service Learning Project extended for another year |

| The Service Learning Project will be extended by a year, expanding the Project’s timeframe till October 2012. Within the extended framework of the project, several important ongoing tasks will be continued while a number of new activities are to be implemented. This has been agreed upon after a meeting between Professor Abdul Hamid Abdul Tawab, Interim President of Fayoum University, and Professor Talaat Shehata, representative of Maryland University, USA, and Professor Mohammad Abdel Tawab, Vice-Dean, Education and Students’ Affairs, Faculty of Education, and coordinator of the project at Fayoum University. After that, the Interim President held a meeting with the executive officers of the project, in the presence of Professor Talaat Shehata, Prof. Mohammad Abdel Tawab, Eng. Samir Al-Ibyary, chairman of the Fayoum Rotary Club, Dr. Nabila Marzouk, Lecturer of English Literature, Faculty of Arts, Dr. Magdy Rashad, Lecturer, Department of History, Faculty of Arts, Dr. Salah Mohammad Gomaa, Lecturer, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education, and Dr. Amal Abdel Fattah, Lecturer, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education. |
