| The Faculty of Education extends congratulations to Abdel Satar Mahrous Fayd on being awarded the master's degree in educational administration after successfully defending his thesis titled "A suggested perception to overcome impediments of applying TQM in kindergarten in the Arab Republic of Egypt".
