| The decision of the University Council in its meeting No. (188) dated 30/6/2021, and the approval and decision of Prof. Dr. Yasser Magdy Hatta, President of the University on 21/7/2022 (attached). Please kindly inform the faculty, auxiliary staff and graduate students to present the research plans of master's and doctoral students to the Higher Committee for the Ethics of Scientific Research at Fayoum University, or the Committee for the Care and Use of Animals in Education and Scientific Research in the event that the research will deal with animals (or birds) in order to obtain ethical approval for the research. The same situation also applies to research graduation projects.
