| The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Preparation Committee met on Wednesday, 13/3/2025, under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Rania Ahmed Abdel Azim Abu Al-Saud, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Acting Dean of the Faculty, and in the presence of Prof. Muhga Embabi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Islam Hilali, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Asst. Prof. Majed Kassab, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, Asst. Prof. Ahmed Abdel Latif, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Center at the University and General Coordinator of the Faculty, along with a group of department heads and faculty members.

| The meeting was attended by Prof. Tamer Magdy, Director of the University's Center for Quality Assurance and Strategic Planning, who presented the strengths and weaknesses outlined in the external review committee's report on the Civil Engineering Department and the Architecture Department, and the necessary measures to be taken in preparation for receiving the external review committee for the Mechanical Engineering Department.

| The attendees emphasized the necessity of taking all necessary measures and procedures to support and solidify quality assurance systems in the faculty.
