| The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee met under the chairmanship of Prof. Rania Ahmed Abdel Azim Abu El-Saud, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Acting Dean of the Faculty, and with the presence of Prof. Islam Helaly, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Mona Suleiman, Acting Head of the Architectural Engineering Department; Dr. Majed Kassab, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit; Dr. Ahmed Abdel Latif, General Coordinator of the Faculty; along with a number of department heads and leaders of institutional accreditation criteria teams. The meeting reviewed the readiness of the Faculty and the Mechanical Engineering Department to receive the external review committee. The attendees stressed the importance of taking all necessary measures to support and establish quality assurance systems within the faculty.
