| The IEEE Fayoum Student Branch, in collaboration with the VLSI Egypt - Fayoum Section, held an information day for engineering students. The event was held under the aegis of Dean Hazem Attia and Prof. Magdy Hanna, former vice president of Fayoum University. The session featured some alumni from the Department of Electrical Engineering who are currently working for big companies such as Intel, Huawei, and TE-Data. They talked about the labor market and the recipe for attaining success in their careers. It is worth mentioning that the IEEE Fayoum Student Branch participates in a lot of scientific and academic events which aim to give students solid knowledge for their life after graduation. On the other hand, VLSI Egypt, affiliate to the Ministry of Communications, is tasked with bridging the gap in the fields of industry and electronics. |
