Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Asim Al-Aissawy, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Lamia Ahmed Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Al-Shimaa Ahmed, Acting Vice Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, witnessed As part of its social responsibility and its active role in spreading health awareness, the Faculty of Dentistry organized a field visit to Al-Resala Private School in Arabic, in the presence of Dr. Rasha Juma, a member of the National Council for Women, on Thursday, March 13, 2025. This visit aimed to raise awareness of the importance of caring for oral and dental health among students, and to provide the necessary preventive instructions as part of the college’s activities to celebrate World Oral Health Day.

The visit included several activities, including awareness lectures on the correct way to brush teeth and the importance of healthy eating in maintaining oral health, in addition to distributing toothbrushes and toothpaste to students.

Prof. Al-Shaimaa Ahmed emphasized that these visits are part of the college's plan to spread health awareness and prevent oral and dental diseases, especially among children and adolescents, who are most vulnerable to dental problems. For its part, the Al-Resala School administration expressed its thanks and appreciation to the College of Dentistry for this initiative, emphasizing that such visits significantly contribute to raising students' health awareness and promoting healthy habits from an early age.
