Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdallah Hamzawy, Dean of the Faculty,

and the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Marwa Tolba, Director of the Mandatory Training (Internship) Unit for Pharmacists,
|
a Zoom meeting was held on Saturday, September 4, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. with the participation of the Head of Clinical Pharmacy at University Hospitals, the Medical Supply Managers, Clinical Pharmacy Trainers, and the internship students. All inquiries were addressed, and the following instructions were discussed:
|
1. Attendance fingerprint registration at 8:00 a.m. (latest by 8:15 a.m.); departure at 2:00 p.m.; for night shifts, attendance at 2:00 p.m. and departure at 8:00 p.m.
|
2. Commitment to wearing a clean white lab coat and an ID badge.
|
3. For operating room and surgical pharmacy rotations, students must wear surgical scrubs and cover them with lab coats when outside.
|
4. Adherence to instructions from the supervising pharmacist; no actions to be taken without consultation.
|
5. Students are not allowed into wards without the presence of the supervising clinical pharmacist.
|
6. Absence is prohibited without valid excuse and prior notification.
|
7. Professional behavior and respectful interaction with colleagues and the healthcare team are mandatory.
