At the kind invitation of the Salah El-Din Association’s board, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hosny, Dean of the Faculty, attended the association’s celebration at Qaroun Sports Club, marking "20 Years of Giving" since its establishment in 2005.

The event was attended by Dr. Ahmed El-Ansary, Governor of Fayoum; Dr. Mohamed El-Touni, Deputy Governor; Mr. Ahmed Shaker, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate; Major General Sherif Amer, Military Advisor to the Governorate; Dr. Talaat Abdel Qawi, Member of Parliament and President of the General Federation of NGOs; MP Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Qawi; Accountant Mohsen Rabie, President of the Regional Federation of NGOs in Fayoum and Chairman of the Salah El-Din Association’s board; Counselor Ahmed Maher, Vice Chairman of the Association’s board; Ms. Sabah El-Araby, Chair of the Arabi Foundation for Development’s Board of Trustees; Mr. Mohsen Sarhan, Executive Director of the Egyptian Food Bank; Mr. Amgad Helal, Executive Director of the Clothing Bank; Mr. Ibrahim Abdullah, Director of the Healing Bank; and a number of executive and popular leaders, representatives of unions, institutions, partner grassroots associations, and a crowd of citizens.

Ms. Manar Sarhan, Executive Director of the Salah El-Din Association, reviewed the association’s journey of giving in health, education, community development, and other sectors, noting that the association has provided medical, food, and in-kind assistance and sponsorships worth over 800 million EGP.
