Graduation Ceremony of the First Batch of Clinical Pharmacy 2019
Prof. Mohamed Essa, Acting President of Fayoum University, accompanied by Major General Essam Saad, Governor of Fayoum, witnessed the graduation ceremony of the first batch at the Faculty of Pharmacy 2018/2019 in presence of Prof. Khaled Hamza, Former President of the University, Prof. Khaled Atallah, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Mohamed Abd El-Wahab, Former Vice President, Prof. Mona Hatta, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Rabea Al-Sudani Captain of Pharmacists in Fayoum, Dr. Amal Hashem Undersecretary of Ministry of Health in Fayoum, Mr. Ayman Helba Acting Secretary-General of the University and a number of deans, Vice Deans of faculties, faculty members and members of the Union of Pharmacists in Fayoum on Monday 9/9/2019 at the Central Library of the University.
Major General Essam Saad affirmed his keenness to participate in all matters related to Fayoum University and congratulated all graduates and their families. He directed the students to be honest with the pharmacy as being very important profession, explaining that health and education are the most important basics of building the country by building a citizen capable of taking responsibility for developing and advancing our precious home Egypt, praising the management of Fayoum University for the graduation of the first batch of clinical pharmacy.
Prof. Mohamed Essa added that the celebration is a symbol of the appreciation of the efforts of parents on their efforts and their eagerness to excel and succeed their sons. The Faculty of Pharmacy works in a team spirit and its sole objective is to produce an outstanding student with respect to the academic and training aspects necessary to develop their abilities and qualifications.
Prof. Khaled Hamza gave thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed and aided in the establishment of Faculty of Pharmacy, praising the administration of the university, which did not spare any effort and provided all the necessary academic possibilities for the establishment of the college and endured the hardship of finishing the establishment of the college by the Supreme Council of Universities and sector committees and university councils.
Additionally, Prof. Khalid Atallah also congratulated the graduates and their families and reviewed the stages that have passed since the college in terms of procedures, approvals and regulations, through the celebration of the graduation of the first batch of Clinical Pharmacy Program.
Prof. Mona Hetta explained that the celebration witnesses the graduation of 50 students who have completed university studies to start joining the labor market, directing students to continue to acquire knowledge and to be a role model for future batches in addition to taking responsibility for serving the country and the community as a whole as well as caution during the practice. She stressed the keenness of Faculty of Pharmacy to communicate continuously with all graduates to provide a helping hand and permanent advice for them.
At the end of the ceremony, the students of first batch from the Faculty of Pharmacy were honored.
