Fayoum University is a centre for learning and knowledge. It includes 14 faculties. The faculties are: Faculty of Education, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Social Work, Faculty of Dar Al-Uloom (Arabic & Islamic Studies), Faculty of Science, Faculty of Tourism & Hotels, Faculty of Specific Education, Faculty of Archaeology, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Computers and Information, Faculty of Early Childhood Education and Faculty of Nursing. More than 25,000 students are seeking degrees at Fayoum University under the tutelage of about 2000 teaching staff members who are well respected in their fields.
