 Project Plan :
The project plan includes a number of points;
1-Drawing up the faculty mission
2- The level of performance of the faculty quality assurance unit after the end of the project.
3- Dissemination of a culture of quality.
4- Training of human resources to the activities of the quality assurance.
5- Specification of courses and programs and drawing up plan to develop them.
6-Deepening ties between the faculty and its alumni.
7-Promoting the faculty activities in the field of community service and environmental development.
8- Reviewing of the activities of the faculty in the field of quality assurance.
9- Preparing the faculty's annual report, including development plans of all activities of quality assurance.
Project Plan :
• Training the project team in accordance with their specializations and roles so as to attain the project objectives.
• Spreading a culture of quality, working to persuade the faculty members and students of the importance of the project and creating a healthy atmosphere for people to work in to complete the project.
• Raising funds for carrying out the assigned activities.
• Developing a system for follow-up allowing objective evaluation of the project; this should be consistent with the start of the implementation of activities in accordance with the plan.
