Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, witnessed Fayoum University’s celebration activities honoring the outstanding children of the faculty members and administrators, for the academic year 2022/2023, which was organized by the General Administration of Public Relations and Media in cooperation with the Social Committee of University Club, the Sports Committee, and the Syndicate Committee for University Administrators.

This was in the presence of Prof. Mohamed Farouk Al-Khabeery, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Assem Fouad El-Issawy, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Ahmed Gaber Shedid, Former President of Fayoum University, the deans of colleges, Prof. Nour Al-Ramady, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University Academic Staff Club, Mr. Ashraf Al-Ghondakly, Acting Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Amr Mady, Assistant Secretary of the University for Financial Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sports Committee, and Mrs. Hala El-Sweify, General Director of Public Relations and Media, and Mr. Abdel Nasser Bakry, Chairman of the University Workers’ Union Committee, Today, Thursday, 21/9/2023, in the Grand Celebration Hall.

At the beginning of his speech, Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata congratulated the parents for crowning their efforts with the excellence of their children in the various educational levels. The university president also addressed the honored students saying that this excellence was not achieved only through their efforts, but rather with the support of their parents by providing the appropriate atmosphere for them to achieve success.

He also appealed to parents not to interfere in choosing their children’s future, and to give them sufficient space to determine their practical fate.

Prof. Nour Al-Ramady also confirmed that this day is a day of reaping fruits and crowning efforts, offering congratulations to everyone for their excellence and success. He stressed that Fayoum University is always proud of its students and academic faculty members and administrators in producing a distinguished generation that excels academically and practically.

Mr. Ashraf Al-Ghondakly indicated that the university is proud to organize this celebration as a contribution to consolidating the bonds of familiarity among its members, and to work as one family that shares all its joys.

He also congratulated the faculty members and administrators at the university on their children’s excellence, wishing them continued success.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the university president and the representatives honored 100 outstanding students in general certificates (university, secondary school and preparatory) and presented them with certificates of appreciation and financial rewards.
