Under the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, and under the supervision of Prof. Assem Fouad Al-Essawy, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Arafa Sabry, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research and Cultural Relations and Supervisor of the Faculty of Dar Al-Uloom, witnessed an awareness campaign and symposium within the presidential initiative 100 Healthy Days at Dar Al Uloom College, which was organized by the College Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, headed by Prof. Mohsen Mohamed Ahmed Ali, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, in cooperation with the College of Medicine and the Fayoum Health Directorate, and a delegation from Office of the Assistant Minister of Health for Initiatives to follow up on the Presidential Public Health Initiative, on Monday, 4/12/2023, at the college headquarters.

Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan confirmed that the initiative aims to examine all employees and students at the college, and praised the cooperation and active participation between the Faculty of Medicine, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at Fayoum University, and the Fayoum Health Directorate in implementing this initiative.

For his part, Prof. Mohsen Mohamed Ahmed praised the importance of this initiative, which aims to preserve the health of Egyptians, provide care and health care, direct infected cases to receive the necessary treatment, and follow up on cases free of charge in Fayoum General Hospitals and Fayoum University Hospitals.

It is worth noting that the team participating in the initiative gave awareness lectures to students, faculty members and employees, and introduced them to the importance of this initiative, which is considered one of the achievements of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to improve public health. Blood sugar, blood pressure, triglycerides, and kidney diseases were also examined for a number of members, staff and students at the college.
