Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, witnessed the Administrative Excellence Celebration for the Fourth year 2024, organized by the Sports Committee in cooperation with the Syndicate Committee, to honor a number of distinguished administrators. In the presence of Prof. Arfa Sabry, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Assem Al-Essawy, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Supervisor of the University Education Affairs Sector, Mr. Ahmed Rashad, Acting Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Amr Madi, Assistant Secretary-General of the University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sports Committee, Mr. Abdel Nasser Bakry, Chairman of the Syndicate Committee, and a number of deans of faculties and general managers, and honored employees of the university's departments and various faculties, today, Wednesday 28/8/2024, in the Grand Celebration Hall

Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata stated that the celebration reflects the university's interest and belief in the importance of administrative work, and the constant endeavor to develop the capabilities of university employees, so that the university can provide graduates capable of benefiting society and contributing to solving its problems at various levels.

He explained that the Egyptian state cares for the human element, and works to build the human being as the most valuable asset and the basic pillar on the path to development.
|
He expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the administrators who provide an example to be followed in working and cooperating with the university's academic staff.
|
For his part, Prof. Arafa Sabry stressed that the celebration comes within the framework of the university's interest in the administrative staff, which contributes greatly to providing the service and organizing work within the university in a distinguished manner.

He pointed out the necessity of cooperation and solidarity between the academic and administrative bodies and working within a team to advance the university in its various sectors, especially the postgraduate studies sector, which is witnessing great progress, and requires great efforts from its employees to facilitate the work of researchers and faculty members.

Prof. Assem Al-Essawy explained the great role of the administrative apparatus in the community service sector, and is a key partner in the development and advancement of the university.
|
He stressed that Fayoum University includes many distinguished administrative cadres, and the university continuously seeks to develop their capabilities in line with the current developments required by the labor market.
|
Prof. Ahmed Rashad pointed out the role played by the administrators in improving and facilitating the service provided to the university community and their contribution to the educational process in a better way.

He stressed that the university's policy is based on justice, balance and selecting competencies to assume senior administrative positions, explaining that organizing the celebration comes within the framework of motivation, encouragement and appreciation of the efforts of the employees.

For his part, Mr. Amr Mady spoke about the cooperation between the sports and union committees in organizing this celebration, which contributes to creating a positive work environment and enhances the sense of belonging to the university. He also extended his congratulations to all the honorees.

Mr. Abdel Nasser Bakry said that 107 distinguished administrators from various faculties and departments of the university were honored.

The members of the sports and union committees also presented the university shield to the university president, the deputies, and the university secretary general.
