The Council for Postgraduate Studies, Research, and Cultural Relations Holds Its 211th Meeting

Under the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, the Council for Postgraduate Studies, Research, and Cultural Relations held its 211th meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies, Research, and Cultural Relations, and attended by the esteemed council members. It took place in the conference hall of the central library on the university campus.
At the beginning of the session, Prof. Arafa Sabry welcomed the council members. The council approved the registration of several academic degrees, including 37 master's degrees and 10 doctoral degrees across various faculties and institutes of the university.
Additionally, the council approved the proposed amendments to postgraduate study regulations (credit-hour system) for the Faculties of Nursing, Specific Education, and Tourism and Hotels. It also approved proposed modifications to the regulations of the Postgraduate Diploma program in “Human Resource Management in Nile Basin Countries” at the Institute of Research and Strategic Studies for Nile Basin Countries.
The meeting then proceeded to discuss the agenda items related to the postgraduate studies, research, and cultural relations sector across the university’s faculties and institutes.
