Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Ansary, Governor of Fayoum, and Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, and under the supervision of Prof. Assem El-Essawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Naglaa El-Sherbiny, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Dr. Sameh Ashmawy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Fayoum, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized a comprehensive convoy in cooperation with the Hayah Karima Foundation, the Faculty of Medicine, and the Fayoum Health Directorate. The convoy was held at the health unit in the village of Sanhour El-Qibliya, Sinnuris Center, Fayoum Governorate, on Sunday, May 25, 2025. The convoy was attended by Dr. Rasha Gomaa, Head of the Health Department at the Hayah Karema Foundation, and Mr. Abdel Nasser Bakry Mohamed, Director General of the General Administration for Community Service and Environmental Development. It's worth noting that Fayoum University continues to provide all forms of services to the Fayoum Governorate community, organizing medical, nursing, awareness, and veterinary convoys in a number of villages during 2025. The comprehensive convoy stems from the university's role and the mission of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector to provide necessary services to the local community, offer various medical services, and organize awareness seminars on various societal issues.

The medical convoy featured a distinguished group of doctors specializing in internal medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology, and orthopedics. 1,197 cases were examined, including 297 internal medicine cases, 311 pediatric cases, 105 gynecology cases, 287 orthopedics cases, and 197 dermatology cases. Necessary treatment was provided to all cases, with the Hayah Karima Foundation contributing to the convoy's treatment.

The Safe Women's Unit at the Faculty of Medicine also participated in raising awareness during the comprehensive convoy, introducing the unit's role. Dr. Rehab Ahmed Bilal raised awareness about the Safe Women Unit and its role in providing comprehensive and integrated health services related to violence against women, including support in psychological first aid, medical response, urgent medical treatment, and confidential documentation. The team also raised awareness among villagers about the forms of violence against women, discussing the manifestations of violence against women in rural Egypt and the impact of verbal violence on childrearing. The team also addressed the phenomenon of early marriage and its harmful effects, as well as the harmful effects of female genital mutilation. They also raised awareness about the impact of violence against women on women, families, and society. A total of 80 women and girls were educated.
