Fayoum University: Meeting of the Council for Postgraduate Studies, Research and Cultural Relations No. (217)

Under the auspices of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, the Council for Postgraduate Studies, Research, and Cultural Relations held its (217)th session, chaired by Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President for postgraduate Studies, Cultural Relations, and Research, and attended by the esteemed members of the Council, on Sunday, July 20, 2025, in the conference hall of the Central Library.
Prof. Arafa Sabry stated that the Council had approved the registration of (35) Master's degrees and (24) Doctoral degrees across the university's various faculties and institutes.
The Council also approved updating the general organizational rules for the University's Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector (2025), in light of new decisions. Approval was also given to activate Master's programs in some scientific departments at the College of Pharmacy, including (Pharmacology and Toxicology, Organic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Clinical Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics and Industrial Pharmacy, and Microbiology and Immunology), in light of the College Council's proposal in this regard.

Arafa Sabry honored a number of experienced members of the Council, as well as vice deans of some colleges for Postgraduate Studies and Research whose terms had expired, in appreciation of their commendable efforts during their membership on the Council during the current 2024/2025 session.
