The Tenth Employment Forum at Faculty of Education

Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, witnessed the activities of the tenth employment forum at Faculty of Education, on Monday 26/9/2022.
In the presence of Prof. Mohamed Farouk Ali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies, Cultural Relations and Research, Prof. Amal Gomaa Abdel-Fattah, Dean of the Faculty of Education, and the vice deans of the faculty, and a number of Gentlemen, former deans of the Faculty, director of the graduate follow-up unit at the Faculty, faculty members, employers of the labor market, and a large number of Faculty students and graduates.
Prof. Yasser Hatata stressed the keenness of Fayoum University to hold employment forums for graduates in all faculties, to achieve the communication of its graduates with civil society institutions, to identify available training and job opportunities, and to announce them on the sites of communication with graduates, stressing that the needs of the labor market are the catalyst for the development of new programs.
Prof. Mohamed Farouk Ali pointed to the importance of training students and graduates on modern technological means in the field of education, to keep pace with the development in modern educational applications, stressing that teachers are ambassadors of change in society.
Prof. Arafa Sabry expressed his sincere appreciation for the effort expended in organizing the forum, which increases communication to identify job opportunities, training and the main needs of the labor market.
Prof. Amal Gomaa also explained the message of the Graduate Follow-up Unit, which is to open channels of communication between the college and alumni, with the aim of providing training programs and suitable job opportunities, and following up on the performance of graduates to achieve comprehensive quality in the educational process, and competition at the local and regional levels.
Representatives of private educational institutions and employers of the labor market also extended their sincere thanks to Fayoum University for its keenness to achieve communication with the college’s graduates and students, and presented some ideas that were applied in their institutions to raise the level of graduates, and provide them with training and advanced knowledge in the field of education.
At the end of the forum, shields of honor were presented to the participants and guests.
