On Wednesday, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty, in cooperation with the University’s Alumni Follow-up Center, organized a seminar titled “Know Your Strengths and Entrepreneurial Skills” in the seminar hall.

and the directives of Prof. Dr. Assem El-Essawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development,

Asst. Prof. Dr. Amal Ghanem – Director of the Faculty’s Alumni Follow-up Unit

Dr. Shaimaa Abdel Gawad – Director of the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Unit

Mr. Mostafa Hilal – Certified trainer in entrepreneurship at the Small Projects Development Authority

Along with faculty members, assistants, administrative staff, and students.

Dr. Ahmed Adel welcomed the attendees and highlighted the role of entrepreneurship in empowering students economically and socially. He emphasized supporting local communities and achieving sustainable development through technical and career mentoring.
|
Mr. Mostafa Hilal addressed topics on entrepreneurship and innovation, such as the meaning of entrepreneurship, challenges facing startups, the importance of entrepreneurial behavior and personality development, small business concepts, and programs offered by the Small Projects Development Authority—within its cooperation agreement with Fayoum University.
|
Dr. Amal Ghanem emphasized the Faculty’s commitment to promoting entrepreneurship, supporting youth through seminars and training, and integrating modern systems and global technologies into small and micro-projects. These efforts aim to create new job opportunities for young people in collaboration with development partners.
