| The meeting was held on Thursday 16/02/2017 in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mona Hafez, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Doaa Helal, Clinical Pharmacy program coordinator, Youth care staff, Head of student Union and representatives of the Union committees. The following points was discussed: • Complain about obligating students to buy books in the last summer semester and decided that students are free to buy the theoretical books or not. • Complain about the results of mathematics final exam and decided to organize a committee to study the reason of this. • The reduced number of free books for the students that can’t afford buying it and decided increasing number of books and that students who are unable to buy books, should go to the Youth Care Office and provide a case statement to prove their inability to buy books. • The Art committee asked for providing prizes for the winners in the Photo Gallery and for the existence of a tents to enable them to form a scouting team and participate in scouting activities. • Sports committee demanded the presence of a billiard and Ping Pong tables to train students to participate in competitions. • Increasing the number of visits to Pharmaceutical factories in the activity day for each year group. Finally, we want our brothers and dear colleagues to make sure that the Student Union is working for your best interests, trying to deliver all your demands and behind your rights and we hope you turn to us when there is any problem |
