| The transfer window will open starting Sunday, 3/8/2025, for one week only, ending Thursday, 9/8/2025, through submission of a preliminary request to the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

| Conditions to be observed:
|
| 1. Priority for higher grades, determined by the Faculty.
|
| 2. Priority for distant residence, as per the national ID of the student and guardian.
|
| 3. Priority for difficult health conditions, with medical reports from University Hospital.
|
| 4. Priority for difficult financial circumstances, with official documentation.
|
| Applications meeting these conditions will be reviewed, and the results of provisionally accepted transfers will be announced. Procedures will begin from Monday, 18/8/2025, until Sunday, 31/8/2025.
