- Faculty of Specific Education, Fayoum University issues it's arbitrated scientific internally and externally (internationally).

- It is a quarterly journal, with the permission to publish research for the scientific conferences of the college.

- Research submitted to the journal must be original and has never been previously published by any other party.

- The research submitted for publication shall be subjected to secret arbitration with great regard to the strict specialization of the arbitrator in the field of research.
