The Education and Student Affairs Council held its 220th session on Monday, March 17, 2025, chaired by Prof. Sherif El-Attar, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, under the auspices of Professor Dr. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University. The meeting was attended by the Council members.

Prof. Sherif El-Attar stated that the Council was informed of Ministerial Resolution No. (555) dated 2025 regarding the formation of the Supreme Committee to monitor the contribution of Egyptian universities to the implementation of the National Project to Eradicate Illiteracy.

The Council also discussed the results of a survey measuring the benefits of training workshops for employees in the Education and Student Affairs Sector. The Council also discussed the report of the Administrative Information Systems Center, the status of receiving graduation certificates from the Industrial Complex, the report of the Administrative Information Systems Center on the status of paying tuition fees and e-book fees at colleges, and the report of the General Administration of Education and Student Affairs on the status of issuing student ID cards at colleges.
