Under the auspices of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, the Council of Postgraduate Studies, Research and Cultural Relations held its (218) session, chaired by Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies, Cultural Relations and Research, and attended by the esteemed members of the Council, on Monday, August 18, 2025, in the Grand Celebration Hall.

Prof.
Arafa Sabry stated that the Council had approved the registration of a number of academic degrees, amounting to (51) Master's degrees and (20) Doctorates, in the various faculties and institutes of the university. The Council members were also informed that applications for the Fayoum University Awards for the year 2025 will be open from August 1, 2025, to October 1, 2025. They were also informed that applications for admission to postgraduate programs at Fayoum University's faculties and institutes for the 2025/2026 academic year will be open from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, in light of the provisions of the internal regulations. The reports of the Higher Committee for Scientific Research Ethics and the Committee for the Care and Use of Animals in Education and Scientific Research at Fayoum University were reviewed, covering the overall work of the two committees during the 2024/2025 academic year.
