Prof. Ahmed Gaber Shedid, President of Fayoum University, witnessed the activities of completing a number of competitions for the third day of the seventh summit meeting of the ideal male and female student at the level of Egyptian universities, which is hosted by Fayoum University during the period from 12 to 15 July of this year, on Wednesday, 14 / 7/ 2021 in the central library of the university.

Prof. Ahmed Gaber Shedid expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, led by Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, for the continuous support of Fayoum University and the permanent follow-up, especially during the summit meeting organized by the university for the seventh year in a row, which works in a team spirit on the heart of one man, to host the most important summit meetings at the level of Egyptian universities.

He also stressed that the political leadership attaches great importance to young people, and therefore universities play a key role in building the students' personality, and Fayoum University is keen on refining the skills of its students, who are the leaders of tomorrow and builders of the future, upgrading their skills and developing their competencies in all fields.

The university president added that full preparation was made to host the seventh student summit meeting according to all precautionary measures, and the formation of specialized committees entrusted with implementing the objectives and tasks of hosting the most important and distinguished students in various Egyptian universities, in the academic, cultural and moral fields, in addition to participation in various activities and voluntary work locally and internationally.

Prof. Ahmed Gaber Shedid announced that for the first time, meetings will be held for the heads of student unions and their deputies in Egyptian universities, during their participation on the sidelines of the seventh summit meeting for the ideal student, and a trip will be organized for all students participating in the meeting to the most important tourist, archaeological and environmental attractions in Fayoum Governorate, In addition to a visit to one of the governorate's villages that are included in the "Decent Life" initiative launched by the President Abdel Fattah El-Sis.
