Faculty of Pharmacy Organizes Graduation Ceremony for the Fourth Batch 2022/2021

Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, witnessed the graduation ceremony of the fourth batch of Faculty of Pharmacy, Fayoum University for the academic year 2021/2022.
In the presence of Prof. Mohamed Saeed Abu Al-Ghar, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Mohamed Farouk Ali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies, Cultural Relations and Research, and Prof.

Mona Hetta, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at the Central Library.
The ceremony was also honored with the presence of Prof. Ahmed Gaber Shedid, Former President of Fayoum University, Dr. Rabea Al-Sudany, Head of Pharmacists Syndicate in Fayoum Governorate, Dr. Hatem Gamal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Fayoum Governorate, Prof. Khaled El-Ghondakly, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Mohamed Hamzawy, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and a number of media professionals and students at the university.
At the beginning of his speech, Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata praised the great efforts made by the College; It has become a scientific edifice that contributes to taking responsibility towards society.
He also extended his sincere thanks to Prof. Mohamed Saeed Abul Ghar, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, for his efforts during his tenure as Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and he also thanked Prof. Ahmed Gaber Shedid, Former President of the University, for his clear efforts during his tenure as president of the university, and also thanks to all those in charge of the College of Pharmacy and the medical sector at the university.
He directed the graduates to the necessity of loving specialization and the profession, and the constant keenness to master it, and deepen it, and sincerity in serving patients, and performing the humanitarian duty.
For his part, Prof. Mohamed Saeed Abul-Ghar said that the graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy have a lofty humanitarian message in the first place, as the pharmacist provides his services to all of humanity, directing the graduates to the necessity of preserving their message and displaying noble human values.
Prof. Mona Hetta congratulated the graduates and their families, stressing that pharmacists bear a great responsibility towards society through their contributions to combating diseases and epidemics.
She also made it clear that the coming period represents a new and more difficult page. Where graduates combine work and academic life, they must be more prepared and eager to continue working and succeed.
She also thanked the faculty members who contributed over the past periods in providing science, advice and guidance to their students.
For his part, Prof. Khaled Al-Ghondakly expressed his sincere thanks to the families of the students and graduates, stressing the great contributions of parents in making their sons’ success.
He stressed that reaching the graduation day was not easy, as the students made strenuous efforts, and persevered a lot until they achieved this great success, pointing to the need for the pharmacist to stick to his lofty message, and his keenness to relieve pain and diseases.
Dr. Rabea Al-Sodany pointed out that the Syndicate spares no effort to preserve and defend the pharmacist's rights, stressing the importance of the pharmacist's role in society, and the need to be honest and trustworthy.
The student, Mustafa Naguib, gave the graduates' speech, stressing that the students faced great challenges during the years of study, and thanked the professors for their efforts and constant advice, and thanked the parents and fellow graduates, wishing them continued success.
