University President Attends a Ceremony Honoring the Outstanding Sons of Faculty Members and University Employees

Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, witnessed a ceremony honoring the outstanding sons of faculty members and employees of Fayoum University, which was organized by the General Administration of Public Relations and Media at the university.
In the presence of Prof. Mohamed Farouk Ali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Arafa Sabry Hassan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies, Cultural Relations and Research, a number of faculties’ deans, media advisor to the President of the University, Acting Secretary-General of the University, and General Director of the Public Relations and Media, and a number of faculty members, employees and honored students, on Monday 26/9/2022 in the Grand Celebrations Hall.


The president of the university offered his congratulations to the parents, who made great efforts to provide the appropriate atmosphere for the excellence of their children.
The president of the university directed the necessity of giving students the opportunity to determine their fate, choose their next steps, and not force them to choose their field of study and work, and make them bear responsibility, for the human personality is united through his choices and goals.
He stressed the need for outstanding students to continue their path, exert more efforts, be creative and excel, and thank the General Administration of Public Relations and Media for its efforts in organizing the ceremony in the best possible way.
For his part, Prof. Mohamed Farouk Ali stressed that today represents a dear occasion for parents, as it is the culmination of their great efforts made for the sake of their children, and carries with it a great value and prestige.
He directed the students to define their goals, take advantage of the great opportunities available to them, and search for excellence. Life is full of opportunities that must be exploited well.
Prof. Arafa Sabry congratulated the parents and praised their role in providing support to their children, stressing that Fayoum University is always keen to support outstanding students in all fields. Where the superiority of the children of the university's employees reflects the superiority of the parents, which is beneficial to the university.
He stressed the need for students to display good values and morals, obey their parents, and be sincere in their work, to be useful members of their society. He explained that the honor reflects the interdependence of the Fayoum University family.
Mr. Ashraf Al-Ghondakly expressed his happiness with this ceremony, which reflects the university's keenness to support its distinguished students, and its support for them to be an addition to their society in the future. He explained that parents spare no effort to support their children and put them in a better position.0
In his speech on behalf of the parents, Prof. Shaaban Abdel Aal, Head of the Restoration Department at the Faculty of Archeology, explained that this ceremony is the result of a long procession and great efforts made to achieve excellence and success, presented by the students and their parents. He thanked the university's administration for its constant keenness to support its outstanding students.
While the pharmacist Mohamed Abdel Karim, one of the honored students, stressed that the moment of honor removes all traces of fatigue and sleeplessness during the study period, and recommended the students to be patient and responsible, and to strive to achieve the highest levels of excellence, and to make their parents proud of them.
It is noteworthy that the ceremony included honoring 96 male and female students from various educational levels, whether university, high school, or preparatory.
Where 20 undergraduate students were honored, 26 male and female students from the secondary stage were honored, and 50 male and female students from the preparatory stage were honored. The ceremony also included a presentation for the honored students.
