The Psychological Counseling Center at the Faculty of Education – Fayoum University was established pursuant to the decision of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Universities and the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 344 dated 8/10/2005 as a special unit. The Center is subject to the provisions of the Egyptian Universities Organization Law No. 49 issued in 1974 and its executive regulations, stemming from the Center’s responsibilities toward serving the local community of Fayoum Governorate and environmental development.
