A-Scientific departments of the faculty and its code symbol
Faculty of Agriculture consist of 13 scientific departments that is:

B- Explanation of the code of the course:

The courses take a code consists of three letters that represent the scientific department that give the course and a number on the left of these letters consist of 3 points as following:

1-Number of hundred that represent the level of the course (the first level- second -…)

2-Number of ten that represent semester of the obligatory course (1=first semester- 2=second semester) but zero represent the optional course and student can choose to study in any semester.

3-Number of one represents the serial number of the obligatory courses taught within the semester. As for the series of optional subjects, it includes the courses of both semesters together because they can be taught in either of the two semesters as described in the previous paragraph.

We can notice that in some cases the square of the individual numbers consist of two numbers and this ensure that the courses are more than nine.

Fayoum University granted according to the request of the faculty of Agricultural the bachelor degree at the agricultural science in one of the following specialist programs if student complete his studies successfully 146 approved hours from university, faculty and specialists’ requirements.

Article (3)

Student get through the period of the study 146 approved hours at least divided into the fourth studying levels according to the follow table:

Article (4)

A- Student get the bachelor in the agricultural science after an university four years at least in one of remembered programs in article (2).in this case student de tests in four obligatory specialist courses (12approved hours in one specialist and this is written in his certificate of the four years). In addition, the semester is 15weeks followed it written test.

B- At the begging of the semester student can registercourses that he want to study at least 12hours and maximum 19approved hours .Student who get the total (GPA)3.4and more than that can register 22 approved hours in the next semester.

C- Student do two scientific trainings in the production sites. The first is being the first semester from the second level and the second training is for the student who move from the third level to the fourth for 4weeks .the graduated certificate is gave only for student who complete successfully the scientific training .Students who cannot complete their training can do it through the summer of the fourth level and cannot be graduated until he complete it successfully.

D- There is an office in the faculty that responsible for organization and supervision on the scientifictraining that remembered in the previous paragraph.
