Under the patronage of Prof. Gamal Mahmoud El-Garhy, Dean of the Faculty, the PhD thesis submitted by researcher Amani Ahmed Abdel Halim, Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology, was discussed for the award of a PhD degree from the department, specializing in Food Industries.
