The center aims to develop the academic capabilities of faculty members and their assistants in Egyptian higher education institutions, as well as the administrative skills of university leaders and those in administrative positions.
The project seeks to develop the skills of the largest sector of faculty members and leaders (more than 70 thousand).
This is in the various academic categories and university and administrative leaders, provided that training and development is a continuous process undertaken by universities and higher education institutions after the establishment of the infrastructure and executive mechanisms that guarantee the continuity of training and continuous learning
