The Council of the Institute for Strategic Research and Studies for the Nile Basin Countries met today, Monday, 12/1/2026, chaired by Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel-Sattar Abdel-Hadi, Dean of the Institute, and Acting Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies, Research, and Cultural Relations, and the esteemed members of the council. He began his speech by welcoming the attendees, then moved on to the agenda. The council discussed several organizational matters related to the institute and topics of the Postgraduate Studies Committee, including determining the proposed agenda for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, forming examiners and correctors committees for postgraduate programs (Diploma - Master's - PhD) in various scientific departments of the institute, as well as approving the distribution of courses for the second semester (Diploma - Master's - PhD). Additionally, the council approved topics related to the Cultural Relations Committee, Libraries, Community Service and Environmental Development, and Laboratories.
