The faculty witnessed the defense of the Master’s thesis presented by researcher Viola Fakhry at the Tourist Guidance Department, entitled:
“Costumes of Deities on the New Kingdom Private Stelae in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo – A Civilizational Study”
The defense took place at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University, in the presence of several faculty members of the department

The defense witnessed a rich scientific discussion addressing the thesis topics and its analytical study of the costumes of deities on the New Kingdom private stelae in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, reflecting the importance of civilizational studies in the field of tourist guidance and Egyptian antiquities
