The Board of Directors of the Public Service Center at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University convened under the chairmanship of

Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed,

Acting Dean of the Faculty and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs,

to discuss a number of issues related to enhancing the level of services provided.

The meeting reviewed room pricing and service standards at both the Training Hotel and Noriyas Hotel, alongside a discussion of the proposed development plan aimed at improving overall performance and elevating the quality of services offered to guests.

The meeting further addressed the training courses conducted under the Training Unit and the Tourism Company, within the framework of supporting practical learning and equipping students with the competencies required by the labor market.
