Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed Holds a Meeting with the Educational Hotel Staff to Discuss Development and Resource Optimization

As part of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels’ commitment to improving the operational system of the Educational Hotel and enhancing the quality of services provided, Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, held a meeting on Tuesday, April 7, with the hotel’s employees and staff. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. El-Hussein Moawad, Director of the Public Service Center, Ms. Dina Nagi, Hotel Manager, and Mr. Ahmed Nady, Director of Human Resources, along with several hotel staff members. Discussions focused on plans to rationalize water and electricity consumption, aiming for optimal resource utilization. The meeting also addressed challenges facing hotel operations and explored practical solutions. A comprehensive development plan was presented to improve guest services and strengthen the hotel’s role in providing hands-on training for students in line with labor market requirements. At the conclusion, Prof. Dr. Taher emphasized the importance of teamwork and collective effort to achieve the desired development and enhance performance within the hotel.
