Seminar on Sustainability in Educational Facilities at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Marfat Abdel Hadi, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and as part of the Faculty's commitment to promoting a culture of sustainability and raising environmental awareness, the Community Service and Environmental Development Agency organized a seminar entitled:

"Sustainability in Educational Facilities: The Environment is the Silent Partner… How Can You Build a Successful Partnership Agreement in Your Faculty?"

The seminar was delivered by Dr. Ahmed Gheith, Assistant Professor at the Department of Hotel Studies. It addressed the importance of sustainable management and its role in transforming students into sustainable leaders, while also presenting a range of tools and practices that can be implemented within the Faculty to achieve sustainability goals.

The seminar further emphasized the importance of cooperation and collective action among all stakeholders in creating a sustainable educational environment that supports continuous development and enhances institutional performance.
