An awareness seminar titled "Energy Conservation" was held today, Sunday, April 26, 2026, in the Faculty’s Celebration Hall

The seminar featured keynote speeches by Prof. Dr. Naglaa El-Sherbiny, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mashahit, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Salah, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Dr. Amr Zahra, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research. The session discussed various methods to reduce energy consumption rates and optimize the use of available resources

This initiative aligns with Fayoum University’s energy conservation strategy, following the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It also accords with the Egyptian state's objectives to rationalize energy consumption, transition toward a green economy, and achieve the goals of Egypt Vision 2030

The seminar was attended by a number of faculty members, administrative staff, students, and employees
