As part of the community outreach activities of the Public Health Department, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Naglaa El-Sherbiny, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Wafaa Youssef, Head of the Department of Public Health and Community Medicine, the department organized a visit to the "Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq" Nursing Home on Monday, April 27, 2026. The visit was attended by Prof. Dr. Iman Harb, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the "Hiya Lillah" Charitable Support Foundation, and health education officials from the Fayoum City Administration.

This visit is part of the practical field training for sixth-year medical students, aiming to enhance community awareness and improve the quality of life for the elderly. The initiative was warmly welcomed by both the residents and the administration.
