Practical Training for the Restaurant Management Course for Second-Level Students in the Hospitality Business Administration Program

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hesham Ezzat, Head of the Department of Hotel Studies, practical training for the "Restaurant Management" course was conducted for second-level students enrolled in the Hospitality Business Administration Program on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

The training covered restaurant service operations, with a particular focus on the American service style, enhancing students' practical skills and consolidating their understanding of professional service standards.

The training was delivered by Mr. Mohamed Abdel Tawab, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Hotel Studies, who guided students through the fundamentals of service delivery in accordance with the professional standards prevailing in the hospitality sector.
