Fayoum University
announces
the opening of
nominations for the Egypt Government Excellence Award – “Equal Opportunities
and Women’s Empowerment 2026” category.
This initiative
reflects Fayoum University’s commitment to supporting the state’s drive towards
achieving justice and equality.
Award Objectives:
- To encourage the adoption of a government
institutional model that integrates gender equality and empowers women leaders
to achieve equal opportunities at both the strategic and operational levels.
- To motivate government institutions to acquire
knowledge and implement skills related to policies that promote gender equality
and equal opportunities in institutional governance.
- To ensure equal access to opportunities,
resources, and services for all groups without discrimination.
- To create a suitable and safe work environment
for women and people with disabilities in government institutions.
- To foster competition among government
institutions on gender equality and equal opportunities issues at the national
level.
- To promote a culture of quality and excellence
throughout the state’s administrative apparatus.
- To highlight successful models and practices of
government institutions regarding gender equality and equal opportunities.
