Under
the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hatata, President of Fayoum University, the
Council of Postgraduate Studies, Research, and Cultural Relations held its
223rd session, chaired by Prof. Assem El-Essawy, Vice President for Community
Service and Environmental Development and Supervisor of the Postgraduate
Studies and Research Sector, and attended by the esteemed members of the
Council, on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the Central Library.
Prof.
Assem El-Essawy stated that the Council approved the registration of
approximately 39 Master's degrees and 33 Doctoral degrees across the
university's various faculties and institutes. The Council also discussed the
proposal submitted by the Faculty of Al-Alsun regarding the regulations for
its peer-reviewed scientific journal, as well as the proposal for the
scientific journal of the Faculty of Sports Science, in addition to discussing
the remaining items on the agenda.
