Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Acting Minister of Culture, has issued a decision appointing Prof. Dr. Sherif Mohamed Sabry El-Attar, Vice President of Fayoum University for Education and Student Affairs, as Acting President of Fayoum University, effective August 1, 2026.
