The Institute Council met today, Wednesday, 8/10/2025, chaired by Prof. Dr. Asem Fouad Al-Isawi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development and Supervisor of the Institute, and with the membership of Prof. Dr. Nasser Abd El-Sattar Abd El-Hadi, Deputy Director of the Institute for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Ahmed Fouad El-Magazi, Deputy Director of the Institute for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the esteemed members of the council.

His Excellency began his speech by welcoming the attendees and then moved to the agenda. The council discussed a number of organizational matters concerning the institute and the subjects of the Graduate Studies Committee, which included the preparation and organization of graduate studies at the institute, most notably the registration of theses for master's degrees from the Department of Geographical Studies, and the registration of theses for doctoral degrees in the Department of Economic Studies and Agricultural Development, and granting doctoral degrees to students in the Department of Geographical Studies. Also, the approval of cultural relations topics and other subjects related to the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee, and the Devices and Laboratories Committee
