Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Hospitality Business Administration Program organized a scientific field visit for second and third-level students to Helnan Port Fouad Hotel, as part of the Faculty's commitment to strengthening practical learning and bridging academic study with the demands of the labor market.

The visit was conducted under the academic supervision of Prof. Dr. Hesham Ezzat, Head of the Department of Hotel Studies, and field supervision by:

• Dr. Mohamed Fathy – Lecturer, Department of Hotel Studies
• Mr. Mohamed Abdel Tawab – Assistant Lecturer, Department of Hotel Studies
• Mr. Mostafa Mahmoud – Teaching Assistant, Department of Hotel Studies
• Mr. Yassin Abdel Bar – Teaching Assistant, Department of Hotel Studies
• Ms. Raghda Yahya – Teaching Assistant, Department of Hotel Studies

The student delegation was received by Mr. Omar Asaad, General Manager of the Hotel, who extended a warm welcome to the visiting students. Mr. Ahmed Mostafa, Human Resources Manager, and Ms. Mai Mezer, Deputy Human Resources Manager, then guided the students through an introduction to the hotel's operations and its various departments.

This visit reflects the Faculty's ongoing commitment to developing students' skills and equipping them with the practical experience necessary for effective integration into the hospitality labor market.
