Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee convened under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mirvat Abdel Hadi Abdel Latif, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The meeting addressed a number of items included in the sector's plan, foremost among them the preparations for organizing a seminar on literacy, alongside the "Makers of Egypt" seminar, as part of strengthening the Faculty's role in community service and raising awareness among students and Faculty members.

The committee also discussed a number of topics related to community and environmental activities, contributing to the Faculty's active participation in societal and developmental issues.

This session reflects the Faculty's commitment to strengthening its community role and spreading awareness of national and developmental issues, contributing to the advancement of the educational and service process.
